inconvenient locationcash payment
The location wasn't ideal since i wanted to be closer to the town center. not accepting cash felt inconvenient. I needed to pay for parking and found it strange. the room got too warm during the night since it didn't have opening windows, so i had trouble sleeping.

Check-in happened very smooth. My room had a kitchenette, that was an excellent feature. I noticed an amazing view from the room. The room included a microwave, fridge, sink, ironing board, iron, safe, and a good size TV. I really liked how super clean the hotel was. The staff were kind and attentive.
I must say the scrambled egg at breakfast I tried one day was not great, because it was clearly powdered.

The room included a well-equipped kitchenette, it was a superior king room sofa bed kitchenette. the room was very clean, and the amenities were great. the staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk, very polite indeed. the value for money was great. The rooms were of an excellent standard.
I was charged a small fee for parking.

they don't take cash at all. i was charged 12.50 for breakfast and sausages looked like they were beef.

The room was super clean. The kitchenette was lovely and featured thoughtful styling. The hotel also had a good location. It was perfect as a base while I explored (close to) Alton Towers.
The breakfast was not great and incurred an additional cost. The hotel charged a £5 car parking fee unexpectedly. The room only had two pillows.
