This place is amazing! we visited before heading to alton towers (such a blast!). the apartment shower room was super clean and spacious. i slept so well in the comfy bed, and the breakfast really fueled us up for a busy day. It was awesome!
i wish there was a mini fridge in the room. it would have been so convenient for storing drinks and snacks.

there is good parking available, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. plus, breakfast offers choices including cereal, toast, and yogurt before the full english breakfast even comes out. it is a great selection!

the room was very clean, very spacious and beautifully decorated. the beds were comfortable and the quality linen felt super luxurious against my skin. i had a great night's sleep, feeling refreshed and ready for the next day.

The hosts were responsive before my arrival. the hotel was easily accessible and comfortably furnished. i found the decor tasteful and everything was gleamingly clean. breakfast was delivered at my chosen time. I really liked that.
There was not quite enough milk for the tea and coffee. I ended up buying some.

the fridge in the room was helpful for storing drinks and snacks.
I was really disappointed with the heating. the radiator barely gave off any warmth, even with the electric heater provided. also, the water in both the kitchen and bathroom took ages to warm up. I actually timed it one morning and it was a full five minutes before it was even lukewarm. plus, the limited breakfast slot between 7:30 and 9:00 is annoying. It felt too restrictive.

amazing alton towers trip!

The hotel was immaculate and super clean. the room had this amazing fresh laundry smell when we walked in, and everything felt well-thought-out. breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I did not need lunch after that. the hosts even stayed up late when traffic delayed my check-in, which i thought was nice.
i found there was not enough milk provided for tea and coffee, so i had to buy my own. i felt a mini fridge would be a fantastic addition to the room.

the family room bathroom included two separate sleeping areas that provided ample space, perfect for families with kids. everything was super clean, from the linens to the bathroom fixtures, a real bonus. the room felt just like home.

My room was super clean and spacious. It included a comfortable bed with fresh linens and a modern bathroom. Breakfast offered varied choices and was cooked perfectly each morning. The staff were always available. They provided helpful information about local attractions. I especially appreciated the convenient parking behind the building.
The hot water took a little while to heat up in the shower.
