the garden was very charming it included a lovely fish pond where i spent tranquil moments the staff provided fish food and it was a good experience the breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety i found the room clean and it was separate from the main building which gave a sense of privacy
the room felt a little shabby i noticed some unfinished areas i also found that the smoke alarms were taped up i felt this was a safety concern the wifi was not very reliable and often absent

The host was so cute and helpful with everything! the garden was fine. I especially loved the koi pond. breakfast was amazing (especially the sausages!). we found easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. the location really made it easy.
the wifi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, i was too busy enjoying my stay to really care!

the staff provided really good service upon arrival and throughout my stay. a gentleman helped me find my room and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. his assistance really enhanced my experience.

the staff were friendly throughout my visit. the gardens were beautiful, especially the koi pond. the room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the quietness of the location despite its proximity to the high street.
the wifi was mostly absent, frustrating. i found the rooms were not serviced in the morning. there was a lack of atmosphere that i expect from a guesthouse, the driveway was also untidy, with old mattresses piled up.

Lovely Stay Near Alton Towers

The family room was very clean! spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast included both a cooked breakfast and a continental selection, both were good. The free on-site parking was another bonus. We also used a lovely garden area.

The driveway had some old mattresses stacked up. It looked a little untidy.
