Really good Hospitality

The front desk personnel, Archer and Azim, were very helpful. Housekeeping staff, Bibek and Darshan, kept my room super clean (i really appreciate their dedication). I also enjoyed the service from the restaurant staff. They were all amazing. They really looked after me .
The gym was somewhat small and lacked updated equipment. I found only a few free weights available. There were no weight machines. I believe upgrading the gym would greatly enhance the hotel experience.

The room was clean and spacious. I found the bed comfortable (sleep quality is VERY important). The air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a consistent temperature.

The hotel is near the Gold Souq metro station on the green line. This made it easy to travel around the city. The hotel location is convenient for exploring the local markets.

i found the staff helpful and cute! azim, abubakar, and abdullah greeted me with smiles. the location is fantastic, really close to shopping areas and the gold souk. it is super convenient for both seeing the sights and doing business. train stations are nearby and ubers are super easy to get. there is also a kids area across the street!
i found that the breakfast selection lacked variety. the shower kit was not complimentary.

The staff was helpful. The receptionist radha and security bidur deserve a big thank you. The location was convenient for exploring the area. My room was very comfy and tidy.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited. I wished there were MORE choices. The air conditioning was a bit NOISY, difficult to sleep sometimes.

The location was just super amazing! the staff showed very nice cleanliness. it was my best trip ever. i really enjoyed the restaurant, especially table 3. The food choice was the best!
I found some amenities missing. basically, i had to pay for those! almost all hotels provide free parking, but not this one. They did not clearly disclose it. this detail was easy to miss!
