the staff were consistently helpful. i appreciated nadia's upgrade to a bigger room, complimentary. suraj delivered all my packages directly to me. the housekeeping team was efficient and kept my room clean.
i found the street noise somewhat bothersome, especially late at night.

the staff was very helpful and always available. my superior twin room had comfortable beds and good air conditioning. i liked the variety of tv channels available. there were shops and restaurants close to the location.
the gym was locked .

the hotel is big and has a charming atmosphere. it features enough lounge area . the rooms were tidied up every day , and cleanliness was very good throughout the hotel.

the reception staff was very hospitable and provided quick check-in service. some staff members like atish lama and sandhya were helpful and courteous. the housekeeping staff was prompt and provided good service .

breakfast offered an elaborate spread with good variety. the early breakfast timing was convenient for me. the hotel also accommodated me at another location across the street when the pool was closed for one day.
