the staff was very helpful . i liked that they stored luggage securely for me. the coffee machine available in the lounge area was convenient. i found the taxi summon button very useful for quick transportation.

the pool table was free. i saw coffee, tea, and juices were available in the public area at no cost. the hotel was a short walk from the central station, maybe five minutes.
the sink outlet did not work. staff said they could do nothing because the hotel was full. that wasn't good because there was nowhere to clean my teeth.
