Acceptable but Underwhelming Stay

The location was central, placing me within easy reach of many attractions.
The room felt quite cramped. Space was at a premium. The heating system was also not effective. I found it difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. It remained too cold, very unpleasant.

The location was very convenient close to the bus station. Staff at reception were cute and helpful. The bed was comfortable I slept well. Breakfast service was available even though I chose a nearby cafe.
The room lacked tea or coffee facilities which was slightly disappointing.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness during breakfast service ensuring guests' needs were promptly met. They were very helpful in answering tourist questions and gave recommendations. Storage of bags was accommodated readily at the front desk.

helpful staffexcellent locationhousekeeping policymissing kettle
the staff were very helpful and kind. you could leave luggage for free if arriving early. the location is also excellent , being only a short walk from the main bus station.
the hotel's housekeeping policy needs improvement. i found the room was cleaned only after three days. facilities could also be better , as there was no kettle in the room.

The staff assisted with questions. This was acceptable.
The room's air conditioner blew out mild hot air. It was not adequate to heat the room. I had to use two duvets to sleep and still felt cold. the door didn't lock properly if I let it shut by itself (, made me really anxious).
