amazing stay near ahoy!
modern designcomfortable bedsconvenient locationfriendly staff
the hotel had a modern design, i noted. the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location was very convenient, especially when attending events at ahoy. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The pillows were not very comfortable. I found them quite noisy, a little difficult to sleep well.

breakfast was substantial, offering many options in a buffet style, i noticed. i saw the hotel provided an excellent dinner service, especially in the restaurant. the food was AMAZING!!!

long waitlow temperature
the check-in process was not smooth. i waited a long time, even with only a few people ahead of me. the room temperature was quite low, and even after adjusting the thermostat, it barely changed. also, i was surprised that a bottle of water wasn't included, considering the price of the room.

great selectionample space
the location was excellent because it was very close to the ahoy venue. the breakfast offered a great selection of food each morning. even though the bed was a full size, it comfortably accommodated two people with ample space.

the staff was quick in supporting me with an invoice request two weeks after my stay. they provided excellent service and were totally satisfactory. i found them really amazing.

good locationparking exitbitter experience
the hotel had a good location near ahoy, very convenient.
i was not informed about rotterdam city marathon prevented leaving the parking, this delay lasted for a few hours. the information about the marathon should have been told to the guests. it was a very bitter experience.
