The hotel boasts a strong focus on sustainability, something I found acceptable to see in a city hotel.
I found the lack of a personal touch frustrating. Check-in and check-out were entirely screen-based, with no personal welcome offered.. Further, the absence of coffee or tea facilities in the room felt cheap, especially with only plastic cups provided. I expected more for a 4-star hotel.

the room was really comfortable.
I missed having tea and coffee in the room. It would have been nice to have that included. i expected hot drinks to be included considering the hotel's cost, it was a shame to pay extra. that policy was disappointing.
