My room lacked a kettle I thought that was odd. The staff seemed surprised I wanted one. There was no heat in the bathroom. It was January.

upon arrival they stored my bicycle securely. staff provided helpful suggestions for nearby dining. the provided toiletries had a nice scent. the windows allowed wide views during my morning coffee.
the bathroom could use a door for more privacy.
