excellent staff clean room lovely dinner slow process weird smell no water
eddy at reception was excellent. the room was clean and exactly as pictured. the indian restaurant downstairs had lovely dinners.
the check-in process felt a bit slow. there was no water in the room. the bathroom had a weird smell.

poor breakfast expensive parking
The staff was helpful, especially Eddy at reception.
The breakfast lacked variety for a four-star hotel. I also noted there was no complimentary water in the rooms and parking cost an extra 30€ per day.

the location is central and makes everything accessible. i had crispy sheets and that was a welcome change. the staff are professional and supportive to needs.
breakfast lacked good fruit and this was sometimes unavailable.

central location attentive staff quick answer
The location is stellar! It is very central, near many restaurants and shops. The staff at reception was also very attentive. They answered all my questions quickly.

helpful staff high quality thai massage
i found the location to be convenient. the staff was polite and helpful. breakfast impressed me with its high quality and delicious offerings. i also tried the thai massage, which the hotel provides and it felt perfect
