i found the hotel to have beautiful architecture and ample amenities. its service was perfect. the train station is only 5 minutes away and well connected. breakfast was plentiful. free snacks and drinks were available on the imperial floor.
the gym facilities cost extra. i have never seen this before because in every other hotel, the fitness facilities are complimentary

the staff greeted me with such warmth and genuine hospitality. the river view from my room was MAGNIFICENT. a free shuttle bus to the train station ran frequently, every 20 minutes. i found a vast shopping arcade near the hotel, very convenient for browsing.
i found the additional fees for using the pool and gym a bit UNEXPECTED.

The hotel included an excellent breakfast with three restaurant options. i chose the continental breakfast and japanese dishes. The menu had many choices. fresh juices were available. a shuttle bus went to the central station every 20 minutes. this made getting around the city easier for me. the hotel offered prompt room service. they changed bed sheets, towels, and even pyjamas every day.
i found the environment a bit sterile. the location is not the best for tourists. the hotel charges extra fees to use the pool and gym. i have not paid additional charges at a 5-star hotel before.

I was upgraded to a great suite, and the river views were fine. Staff went beyond expectations by assisting with directions (i really appreciated it!). The hotel is near the rail loop, so getting around was super easy. Breakfast was perfect, with a wide variety of options.
