attentive staff yummy meals stocked fridge professional staff
i'm thrilled with my stay. the staff were lovely and attentive. my room service meals tasted yummy. the fridge was also well stocked. i found the staff to be professional and helpful.
The walk to the gym involved navigating an older hallway with tired carpeting. It felt a bit out of sync with the otherwise excellent condition of the hotel.

fine view spacious room convenient shuttle
the river view from my superior double room smoking river view was fine! i loved how spacious the room was and it really seemed like a luxurious retreat! the hotel offered a convenient complimentary shuttle to osaka station.
i was a little disappointed that the gym had an extra charge! it would have been perfect if access was included.

i found a family mart in the hotel complex, so getting necessities was never a problem. the hotel even provides a jogging guide in the room, which i thought was a fun little perk! the rooms were very clean and well kept.

the vip check-in felt personal. the staff provided genuine kindness. i found the way they handled wheelchair access for an elderly family member amazing. the teppanyaki restaurant was an authentic culinary treat.
i found paying extra for gym access unusual. this hotel is the first that charged me for fitness facilities. the equipment could be better.

i found the hotel to have beautiful architecture and ample amenities. its service was perfect. the train station is only 5 minutes away and well connected. breakfast was plentiful. free snacks and drinks were available on the imperial floor.
the gym facilities cost extra. i have never seen this before because in every other hotel, the fitness facilities are complimentary

genuine hospitality magnificent view frequent shuttle convenient arcade
the staff greeted me with such warmth and genuine hospitality. the river view from my room was MAGNIFICENT. a free shuttle bus to the train station ran frequently, every 20 minutes. i found a vast shopping arcade near the hotel, very convenient for browsing.
i found the additional fees for using the pool and gym a bit UNEXPECTED.

fantastic stay
excellent breakfast restaurant option shuttle bus daily change
The hotel included an excellent breakfast with three restaurant options. i chose the continental breakfast and japanese dishes. The menu had many choices. fresh juices were available. a shuttle bus went to the central station every 20 minutes. this made getting around the city easier for me. the hotel offered prompt room service. they changed bed sheets, towels, and even pyjamas every day.
i found the environment a bit sterile. the location is not the best for tourists. the hotel charges extra fees to use the pool and gym. i have not paid additional charges at a 5-star hotel before.
