average stay due to shower and elevator issues.
shower scratches small elevator
the shower had many scratches in the tub. also, the water did not drain well. there was only one small elevator available, so sometimes i had to climb the stairs to the fifth floor. this was not ideal at all.

convenient location great breakfast attentive waitress
The location is very convenient. It is a short walk from Termini station. Breakfast on the rooftop was great with a lovely buffet selection. The waitresses were attentive. I appreciated their excellent service.
