The staff were helpful and friendly. I found the room modern, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated the plentiful parking provided at the hotel.
The room was a little too dark because of insufficient lighting.

The on-site restaurant offered convenient dining options, and the bus stop right outside the hotel allowed easy access to the city center (just a 10-minute ride). I found this convenience very helpful.

My beautiful double room was spacious and well kept. The bathroom had nice amenities, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. Blackout curtains were also present (a feature I always value!).

The staff was helpful, and the free EV charging on site was convenient.
I was woken up early by cleaners. They started knocking on doors around 8am. People were shouting in the halls, so a lie-in was not possible. The room was also very dark as the window was small and there was only one overhead light in the bedroom (a big disappointment).

the staff was helpful as usual. breakfast was excellent with a wide choice , it was really nice. the location is great for access to northumberland.
the toilet was not cleaned after the previous guest in the first room.
