fantastic stay with hudson views
warm welcome quiet floor manhattan skyline friendly staff
David and his team gave me a very warm welcome. i even requested a kettle for my room, and they immediately provided one. my room on the 9th floor had windows facing the manhattan skyline (the views were fabulous). the staff offered me to stay a bit longer on check-out day while i waited for my airport transfer. I thought that was really kind.
i did notice a little street noise during the evening.

the hotel provides four elevators, which minimized wait times and facilitated easy access to various floors (it was very helpful). i was able to quickly reach my room and other amenities without any significant delays.

all of the staff, from the front desk to maintenance, were very friendly and sweet. they always greeted me with a smile and were eager to assist with any questions or requests i had. i appreciated their helpfulness.

the premier king room was spacious and very clean. my room had nice views (i could see the hudson river). the room had a comfortable bed and i found the layout to be very functional for my needs.

great experience
short distance great location hotel of choice
I really liked the short distance to pier 88. the location was great! though the parking was expensive. i also appreciated that it was our hotel of choice for our cruise. It was a comfortable experience.

My room had a good river view. The location was close to the theater. The room itself was nice and bright, it also had a good-sized bathroom.
There was no proper desk in the room. I was traveling for work.

some issues
outdated room noticeable noise
i was a little disappointed with my stay. the room i got wasn't quite what i expected. it felt a bit outdated, and there were some maintenance issues. the noise from outside was also quite noticeable, hard to relax at times.

helpful staff generous room convenient proximity soft bed
i found the staff very helpful, especially with directions and local tips , which enriched my visit. the room size was generous , allowing ample space to unwind after long days. the proximity to the cruise terminal proved convenient for my travel arrangements. the bed was so soft , it offered such a restful night.
the minibar prices are higher than expected, but i am very grateful for the convenience it provides.

the gym includes three treadmills , two stationary bikes , and a selection of free weights , so i kept up with my routine. a business center is available, equipped with computers and printing services.

lovely staff friendly staff rooftop bar dry pancakes tasteless pancakes bathroom shower
I chose this place for a short getaway. I had a lovely room. It was spacious and clean. The rooftop bar, located on the 16th floor, was the best part of my stay. The staff were lovely and friendly. They went out of their way to.
The breakfast was a letdown. I had the Buttermilk pancakes. They were dry and tasteless. The shower could do with resealing.
