Fantastic Stay with Great Views and Service
warm welcomekettle requestquiet floorskyline views
David and his team gave a very warm welcome upon arrival. I requested a kettle for my room and they provided it for the duration of my visit. David assigned me a room on the quiet ninth floor. The room included amazing Manhattan skyline views through several windows.
I noticed the absence of tea ,and coffee-making facilities in my room , but the staff quickly resolved this.

The hotel is near many attractions and is easily accessible. Sullivan bakery is just a short walk and provides options for coffee , breakfast , or lunch. It makes exploring the city very convenient.

fantastic stay with hudson views

David and his team gave me a very warm welcome. i even requested a kettle for my room, and they immediately provided one. my room on the 9th floor had windows facing the manhattan skyline (the views were fabulous). the staff offered me to stay a bit longer on check-out day while i waited for my airport transfer. I thought that was really kind.
i did notice a little street noise during the evening.

all of the staff, from the front desk to maintenance, were very friendly and sweet. they always greeted me with a smile and were eager to assist with any questions or requests i had. i appreciated their helpfulness.

I really liked the short distance to pier 88. the location was great! though the parking was expensive. i also appreciated that it was our hotel of choice for our cruise. It was a comfortable experience.

i was a little disappointed with my stay. the room i got wasn't quite what i expected. it felt a bit outdated, and there were some maintenance issues. the noise from outside was also quite noticeable, hard to relax at times.

i found the staff very helpful, especially with directions and local tips , which enriched my visit. the room size was generous , allowing ample space to unwind after long days. the proximity to the cruise terminal proved convenient for my travel arrangements. the bed was so soft , it offered such a restful night.
the minibar prices are higher than expected, but i am very grateful for the convenience it provides.

I chose this place for a short getaway. I had a lovely room. It was spacious and clean. The rooftop bar, located on the 16th floor, was the best part of my stay. The staff were lovely and friendly. They went out of their way to.
The breakfast was a letdown. I had the Buttermilk pancakes. They were dry and tasteless. The shower could do with resealing.
