fantastic experience AT the hotel
helpful staffspacious roomsbaked goodsmissing gym
the staff helped receive luggage and packages. i appreciate they helped send luggages to my next hotel. the rooms were spacious, much more than other modern hotels i seen in japan. Continuous baked goods and drinks in the lobby was a nice touch.
the hotel lacked a gym. i had to find an alternative Fitness center nearby. this was inconvenient.

The location is great near a subway station so exploring was easy. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful. I found the 24-hour lounge with pastries and drinks especially nice.

I adore the lobby. This area offers complimentary pastries and coffee at all hours. A machine sells beer, wine, and sake. The seating includes several sofas, tables, and chairs. The hotel supplies a signature bottle for water refills.
The room was very small. It felt too cramped for two people to move around comfortably with our luggage. The room was clean but very small.
