The staff was helpful and gave information about local attractions near the hotel
The room felt quite empty and cold I did not feel very comfortable there. It lacked functionality for a comfortable stay. It needed more attention to guest comfort and less to artistic concept

I found the staff friendly. They created a cute environment. the location worked well, with easy access to nearby trains. the quirky art throughout the hotel stood out.
Our room lacked furniture. It didn't match the hotel website's picture. there were no chairs, so there was no place to relax. this made the room less comfortable.

The coffee bar was on the second floor. it was convenient to have it right in the hotel. i especially enjoyed the bar in the lobby. The vibe was great and a fragrant salt pouch was available too.

the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i bought some of the art featured in the shop. these are my best souvenirs from japan. the beds were comfortable and i slept well.
breakfast included only one small course.
