I found the location to be a standout feature. It offered direct access to a private beach. Comfortable, large towels were always available for use. The staff managed both the beach area and security very well.
I had a partial ocean view, but this view included a bright neon sign.

The personnel provided quick help when I asked questions. Tracy was especially pleasant during check-in. She were pretty good. The executive lounge was useful. I used it for breakfast, snacks, and happy hour each evening.

the location was good. it was close to many restaurants and shops, convenient.
The staff seemed inconsistent. one receptionist told me it was okay to stay in the same room, then another asked me to move or pay extra. also, the air conditioning was really noisy. It made it hard to sleep.

The room service was fast and efficient. The hotel is central and within walking distance of shops, cafes, and restaurants. I loved the private beach, it had a very cozy atmosphere. I could order food and drinks while sitting on my beach chair.
