The hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to various destinations. I liked the convenient pick-up and drop-off from the airport terminals. The hotel staff accommodated my request for an early check-in and room upgrade. The housekeeping team consistently maintained the room well .
The city view from the room was somewhat uninteresting.

The staff responded quickly to requests and were always ready to assist. Front desk personnel were polite and provided useful information. Concierge services were available and efficient.

The hotel is located very close to the airport , made arrival and departure easy. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the hotel. Access to the metro station is also within a short walk.

my room included a very comfortable bed i also appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle service the breakfast buffet offered fresh tasty options each morning it was a great start to the day. the hotel staff were helpful and attentive throughout my stay darshan henry were particularly kind i found the cleanliness of the rooms excellent the housekeeping team were thorough. the front office staff helped with flight bookings i thank dashi for her assistance.
the fridge in the room was not stocked and it was not cold i found this slightly inconvenient

amazing stay near the airport
helpful stafftidy roomdated room
the staff greeted us upon arrival. collins was helpful. he gave good travel recommendations and considered traffic. the car and our driver were fantastic. the room was amazing and tidy. the bed was comfortable. the layout was great. i had a great sleep.
the ground floor looks fabulous. sadly, the rooms are dated with wasted space. the english language tv channels are limited. i ordered room service and was told 20 minutes. it took over 50 minutes and the food was poor.
