The hotel is very close to Al Haram. Speakers broadcast prayers with the Imam directly into the room. I found the staff to be polite and cute. The hotel includes a beautiful prayer room. It's useful when Masjid al-Haram is busy.

I had a bathroom breakdown. I was moved to a smaller room. After I expressed concerns, I was moved again, but there was no apology. I forgot my ihram in the first room, and it disappeared.

The location was superb, very close to the haram! the staff were polite and cute. breakfast at the taiba restaurant included a varied buffet with many options. salman ansari provided really good service. He made sure all my needs were met during breakfast.

i noticed some wear and tear. i think they could upgrade the rooms to match the hotel's overall standard.

the location was indeed a big plus for me, specially when i go for prayers. i got to haram within minutes from my room. the hotel kept the rooms super clean and the staff were really doing a great job maintaining it.

the hotel is maybe showing a bit of age. i noticed some of the decor could use refresh.
