the room was clean and the lighting was excellent. beds were comfortable for sleeping. the bathrooms have great quality amenities available and i found the staff always available to assist.
the bus service to haram required changing buses. travel time back to the hotel took about 40 minutes. this was inconvenient

My family and I really enjoyed the convenience of the 24/7 shuttle service to the Haram. It ran very frequently! The prompt and attentive housekeeping ensured we always had a clean room. The mountain views from the spacious rooms were especially nice. Staff members were really helpful , from check-in to departure.

a wonderful experience

i found the cleanliness to be superb throughout the hotel. a unique fragrance created a calming atmosphere. the staff were cute and ready to assist with a warm smile. the 24-hour shuttle service to al-haram made visits easier. luggage staff were quick and efficient, ensuring a relaxed arrival and departure.

The hotel is located about 1.5km from the haram, approximately a 20-minute walk. there are buses from the hotel to the clock tower. The drive is about 10 minutes. from the clock tower, it is another 10-minute walk to the haram up stairs.

the reception staff speaks english and assisted with an earlier check-in. they were respectful and professional. the hotel provided a 24-hour free shuttle bus to and from the haram. the reception staff welcomed me with a smile and fulfilled all requests.
