I felt warmly welcomed upon arrival.. The check-in was smooth. The room was spacious and always kept perfectly clean. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast that offered a wide variety of choices. The restaurant staff were always smiling and attentive.

Although I enjoyed most of the hotel features, I noticed a slight delay at check-out, as there were several guests ahead of me.

fantastic stay at a amazing hotel

friendly staffcomfortable bedsdraughty pool

the staff were friendly. they greeted me with smiles and were always ready to help. the room was large and well-equipped (i really liked the separate shower cubicle). the beds were comfortable guaranteeing restful nights.

the outdoor pool had a trellis over it. this was great for sun protection, but made it a bit draughty during cooler times.

the club lounge provided excellent food options. breakfast in the club lounge was tranquil compared to the restaurant. afternoon tea included sandwiches, cakes, and pastries with beverage choices.

the service in the lounge from the staff was excellent. they were efficient and always helpful (especially when i needed directions). the front desk team was professional and quick.
