i enjoyed the architecture (it's unique!). my room design was modern. the staff was helpful. breakfast was delicious with many options.
The elevators needed a key card for every user. This caused delays sometimes.

the room was clean enough upon arrival, at least.
the ac barely worked. a loud party continued until midnight, disturbing my sleep. the breakfast buffet could be tastier.

wet carpetunwelcoming front desk
my stay had some hiccups. i found the service inconsistent. the room wasn't properly prepared upon arrival (there was a machine running and the carpet was wet). it's also worth noting the front desk wasn't particularly cute. these issues detracted from what could have been a better visit.

The Hudson Tavern served a very good dinner. The superior room included Malin+Goetz toiletries, a brand I like. Breakfast at the buffet rated a solid 9/10. The service there was amazing.
I found the check-in process a bit slow.

The hotel staff provided really good service . Daniel and Farrage were helpful at the pool, providing accessories. The room service included thorough cleaning two or three times each day.
I found the noise from the highway quite bothersome. My room was located near the emergency exit. I could hear the door opening and closing at night. an annoying beeping noise. It impacted my sleep quality considerably.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. A shopping mall is nearby. Uber and taxis provide easy transportation access. I found it straightforward to navigate to various destinations from this spot. It proved very useful.
