The hotel's location was pretty convenient. Getting around wasn't too difficult.

My stay had a couple of notable issues. The room service forgot to clean my room one day. I needed to remind the evening shift. The bar was also quite loud late at night. It made relaxing difficult.

I found the staff very attentive and polite, a fantastic customer service was provided throughout my stay. The breakfast selection offered a nice variety and everything was fresh , and tasty. Leslie provided excellent customer service with a warm welcome, and she was professional and very helpful at check-in.

The hotel was noisy because of traffic , and the room was not soundproofed. I could hear horns, night club noise , and neighbors.

The spacious rooms had comfortable twin beds, with two big beds in each room. Interior design includes an abstract take of a modern set hotel, interesting , and appreciated.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel even prepared a pre-dawn breakfast spread for us because we were fasting. Goya's restaurant is located on the second floor, and its service and attention are magnificent with excellent food.

The staff was very friendly and professional from check-in. Breakfast offered plenty of choices. Ruhul looked after our room and left a beautiful cake for my husband's birthday.

The room was overall fine. It was clean and fit for purpose. The room itself was quite dated. There were a lot of marks on the furniture and walls. There was only one bathrobe rather than two.
