The shower was small. turning around inside was tricky! dropping something required extreme caution. the breakfast options seemed limited. additional coffee cost extra. It was not cheap.

low water pressureinconvenient parking
the shower was disappointing. there was barely any water pressure. the temperature fluctuated constantly. i found this completely unacceptable for the price i paid. also, the lack of parking was a huge inconvenience. i had to use a public parking garage nearby which was expensive and not ideal with luggage.

dismissive demeanorstreet noise
the greeting by staff lacked warmth. i found myself questioning if i had offended them immediately because their demeanor looked dismissive. instructions were delivered rapidly and i felt my inquiries were met with annoyance. noise from the street disrupted sleep. even at 3 a.m., drunken shouts reverberated through the hallway and streets. the absence of assistance at reception during my early departure compounded my frustration. i called to check out, but the person sounded unhappy at being disturbed and promptly ended the call when he learned i needed help with checkout. the staff never replied to the follow-up message. this is really bad service.
