convenient location helpful staff basic amenities small room tiny elevator bathroom cleanliness
The location was great. I was very close to public transportation. the front desk staff was helpful, especially when they arranged a taxi for me. the room was basic, but it had everything i needed.
The room was quite small. I barely had space for my luggage. the elevator was also tiny. i found the bathroom cleanliness to be lacking.

Decent stay, some minor issues

The location is convenient. It allows easy access to several metro lines. I also found the staff to be helpful and friendly (they answered all my questions).
The room I had was quite small. There was barely any space for luggage. The elevator was also tiny (it could be an issue for some guests).

amazing location and friendly staff!!!
helpful staff surprise upgrade great location
The staff were friendly and helpful! they even upgraded my room upon arrival, a super surprise. my room had coffee and tea facilities plus a fridge stocked with water and fizzy drinks. I loved that. the location is amazing, perfect for exploring galleries, bars, and restaurants!!!
The shower door had a leak. It was a bit annoying.

the hotel sits on a quiet street near restaurants and brasseries. the goncourt station is a short walk away! the area safety was good and cute, i felt so secure exploring.

My mini-suite included amenities like a king bed, a fridge, robes, slippers, coffee, and air conditioning. a steamer for clothes and two opening windows were also great additions. I made great use of them.

The service was very good and attentive, thank you christina! the staff spoke english, made communication easy. I felt very at ease. everyone was super cute.

The simple breakfast had fresh orange juice! there was a machine to make soft-boiled eggs on the spot. I used it every morning. breakfast was delicious and set me up for a great day.

small bathroom shower leak
The room was small, i anticipated some size constraints. however, the bathroom was compact. the shower leaked. the breakfast area got really noisy. It disrupted an otherwise quiet morning.
