The location was good at the edge of the lake. My room had great views of the lake. The junior staff were helpful and friendly.
The breakfast buffet offered a very limited choice. There was no coffee machine in the bedroom. There were only two sun beds by the pool and their covers were dirty.

the arrival by boat was unique. the location was central, near the city palace. the lake view from my room was wonderful. i appreciated how close the hotel was to local attractions.
the breakfast service did lack a few items.

The hotel location is on the lake. The decor has a great historical character. Junior staffs were friendly and very helpful. The rooftop restaurant provide great view across the lake.
The management in this hotel is poor. The staff had little interest in their clientele. Breakfast do not show imagination. I requested our room be cleaned after 4pm on our first full day at the hotel.

good location but slight problem

i stayed in a haveli room and it was great. i am not sure a lake facing room carried many benefits for the extra expense. the staff always helped me. they had an obvious desire to enhance my stay. the architecture is fine.
breakfast was not good. it had a very limited choice of cereals. the fruits were of poor selection and fermenting. there was no system to put salt and pepper on tables.
