some issues noted.
strong smell confusing entrance
The pool was disappointing. it smelled strongly of bird droppings (i found this quite unpleasant). there were nets everywhere, and no greenery. the water quality seemed questionable. also, the entrance was confusing, even for taxi drivers. I had to direct them.

warm welcome delicious food amazing attention pampered visit
Stutee at the reception was so cute. She. the food was delicious, and my partner adored every meal we shared. the staff showed amazing attention to detail, which i especially appreciated. i felt pampered and cared for during my entire visit.
I noticed that the water pressure in the shower was a little low sometimes. It was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel staff treated guests well. Their service was really good. the cleanliness was spot-on, and i was impressed with the thoughtful arrangement of the morning kits. the wooden combs and brushes aligned perfectly with the sustainability ethos. i appreciate the staff keeping the rooms so clean.

The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. It was quite noticeable. staff members like katherine and pankaj from housekeeping gave great attention to detail. the breakfast buffet included many options. All tasted fresh. i especially enjoyed the open pool. It offered a relaxing vibe.
The gym had a limited number of machines. I would have appreciated a few more options.
