Really good Hospitality at the Lake
convenient service warm welcome surprise birthday
The hotel offers a short boat service available around the clock. This made getting to town convenient. I received a warm welcome at the front desk from Hiya Advani and Ishika. Prem Singh and other team members organized a surprise birthday event.
I noticed some marble in the lobby shows decay in color. The marble requires proper treatment to restore its shining appearance.

The Palace Double Room Lake View included comfortable beds and elegant decor. The bathroom featured high-quality toiletries and fresh towels daily. Air conditioning was efficient and maintained a consistent temperature.

Staff members, including Pramod, Pradeep, and Vijay, provided attentive service at the restaurant. They offered helpful recommendations for the menu. Their friendliness and attentiveness enhanced my meal.

The hotel offers a serene escape surrounded by the lake. I enjoyed fine views of the City Palace and the Aravalli mountain range. The garden offers opportunities for capturing beautiful moments.

lovely welcome royal treatment large ensuite small pool constant pigeons furniture noise
the welcome i received was lovely. the staff treated me like royalty. the room had a large ensuite and was immense in size..
the pool was small, and pigeons were everywhere. i could not order food and enjoy the surroundings. there was also noise in the room as if furniture moved on the upper floor..
