Enchanting Stay, A Tranquil Oasis
beautiful pool area helpful staff excellent breakfast
The pool area is gorgeous. I appreciated the view of the lemon tree. The staff members, Antonella, Camila, Joana and Jonathan, were genuinely kind and very helpful during my time here. Breakfast offered great selections daily.
I could hear noise from other guests. The floors are wooden.

friendly staff helpful staff spacious room tasty breakfast
the staff were very friendly and helpful! they warmed up my baby food. the room was spacious, noiseless, and clean. the breakfast was tasty, and a good variety of options were available to choose from. the pool and garden were comfortable and cozy.

the hotel is in a calm area not far from the center! it is a 30 min walk from the busy part of town, though many transport choices are available. the location was perfect though the parking was expensive.

breakfast was amazing! everything tasted fresh and well-made. the breakfast included fresh orange juice, papaya, and pineapple! i really enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet over the three days i was there though i wish there were gluten free options.

attentive staff tasty treat selection mold presence ac malfunction
the staff was attentive and kind. the breakfast had a marvelous selection of tasty treats. i loved the art in the room. the room was very quiet.
i noticed some mold on the walls in the room. i could hear hallway and room noises. the ac turned down during the evening.

decent Stay, but ROOM for improvement
broken showerhead thin walls
the showerhead in my room was broken, and i saw some mold in the bathroom, A SURPRISE. the walls seemed thin, because i heard a lot of noise from other guests. the breakfast was also underwhelming, and I THINK it could use some improvements.

kind staff quiet room great pressure good breakfast
I was greeted by genuinely kind staff. They offered amenities, like bathrobes. The room was quiet and the shower had great pressure and temperature. Breakfast was good (the pastries were good!).

many choices calm area
I am so excited for the awesome breakfast with really many choices. the staff is super happy and helpful all the time! the location is perfect. It is not far from the center, but still located in a calm area. the pool is awesome for recharge after busy days exploring!
the tv sometimes lost signal, i am really annoyed by it.
