fantastic stay at al qasr

breakfast buffetattentive staffgreat service

i enjoyed al qasr a lot. the breakfast buffet had much variety. staff gave us water and ice when we needed at main pool. they looked after us good at breakfast and evening meals at the buffet restaurant.

housekeepers enter the room even with a do not disturb sign i was very uncomfortable and felt unsafe in the bathroom, and reception didn't even believe me!

the arabian beautiful room includes a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom with separate shower. it has a great seating area and a balcony with furniture, where i watched the sun go down. amenities are modern and well kept.

The hotel boasts helpful staff. john at the front desk was particularly cute. veronika from guest relations offered arabic tea and dates. latiza, the guest relations manager, checked on us at checkout. Mariana efficiently handled billing.

I missed the al qasr open buffet dinner. It will be a priority during my next visit.

J club is part of the same group. It has a fantastic gym setup for those wanting to maintain their workout routine while traveling. the beach provides an very nice view of burj al arab and the water is clean. it is also calm.

I found the staff very friendly, and the hotel seemed very family oriented! attention to detail was extraordinary. I was impressed. the hotel provided free iced water all day, welcome. i appreciated the waterways with free boats. the shuttles to the water world were convenient.

The room space was very massive with excellent bathroom facilities. I liked it. the rooms included comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. That was important. overall, the rooms were clean and well maintained.

The restaurants offer many fine options, including a great lebanese restaurant. I enjoyed it. breakfast has a good selection of breads, gluten free items and fruits. the restaurants require reservations.

The pool was over sized with plenty of deck chairs available. I never felt crowded. facilities include access to wild wadi waterpark for some family fun. the resort offers unique features like peacocks walking the hotel. It's a beautiful sight.
