every year on march 8, i travel here, and i started this birthday tradition back in 2015. the peace i feel upon arrival is priceless, and the memories are timeless. i especially thank ahmad mohamad for the wonderful hospitality. ismail gharib provided excellent service during all these years.

the tv in the room needs an upgrade to a smart version similar to other hotels. this would improve the overall experience and align with modern expectations. the hotel should consider this for future enhancements.

i wasn't thrilled with my stay. the whatsapp butler service was slow, tasks not completed. also, the tv in the room didn't work initially, causing multiple technicians to come and disrupt my peace.
