Really good Services and Amenities

I enjoyed the concierge service provided by Yahia. He provided recommendations based on his knowledge and assisted with restaurant bookings. The housekeeping team, especially Rashid and supervisor Manoj, maintained my room well. Mr Sanjay from the cafe offered good service and delicious coffee and croissants.
I found the air conditioning system difficult to operate. The iPad also worked inconsistently. A hairdryer was missing from the room. The shampoo was not refilled for three consecutive days.

Breakfast at the restaurant had a wide selection! The buffet included both international and local dishes. The food presentation was pretty great and the ambiance was fine. I really loved the views of the Burj Khalifa.
The furniture looked dated, this made the room appear worse. Tidiness was below par too. I found a used tissue behind the side table! Water marks on the basin made them look dirty. The room was also humid and smelled humid. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in!
