The hotel is set in a valley behind busy streets. it reminded me of a jungle retreat, a nice surprise. the pool was a lovely way to relax after a day on the bike. staff in the bar were very kind. Drinks were cheaper than in town.

the breakfast had tasty selections and good variety! the restaurant overlooks the pool and jungle. the tasty breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and local dishes. there are many vegan food choices available just down the road too

The pool area creates a very peaceful atmosphere. the onsite restaurant combines quality and prices perfectly with great service. the staff are attentive and endlessly kind. I felt very welcome. the location is excellent. It is in the middle of the area, but still secluded.
The steep stairs are poorly lit at night. This makes the risk for falling quite high.

The food was good. i enjoyed the onsite restaurant, a lovely space. breakfast was very, very good and plentiful. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit options and local pastries. the restaurant's setting contributes to a relaxing dining experience.

The swimming pool is a real gem and identical to the pictures. the room had a balcony. It was a private space for relaxation. there are beautiful gardens and a well maintained swimming pool. the pool was great. but the view was amazing.
