the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices i found that very convenient. the hotel gym has several pieces of equipment including treadmills. the location is close to many places making it easy to get around.
the windows in my room were locked for safety i could not open them. the hotel rooms seemed dark it was difficult to apply makeup. there was no soap or shampoo provided in the bathroom that was not ideal.

I found the staff very nice. Mr Furkan, the guest relation manager, was very cute. He made our check-in process much easier and smooth. I am a regular guest and really enjoy my stays here. It feels like home.
The room's key card didn't work properly sometimes.

the location was acceptable, near a mall.
The breakfast service was a real letdown. They didn't have enough staff to manage the number of guests. finding a clean table was difficult and getting the attention of a waitress felt impossible. also, the card system was glitchy, requiring frequent visits to the reception to reactivate it, frustrating.

My stay had a couple of issues. The window in my room could not be opened so ventilation depended on the air conditioning system. My passports even became damp in the drawer. I also found that the floor was not mopped during the room cleaning service. This all detracted from my experience

The hotel location is very convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options it was superb. The beds provided great comfort and spacious rooms were available. Staff members provided really good service.
The hand soap was not refilled for three days. The fruits provided weren't of good quality. Some waiters lacked warmth and attentiveness. They occasionally forgot my requests.
