The staff was helpful. breakfast was very good, and mr furkan seemed genuinely interested in guest satisfaction. i appreciated the management approach, as any concerns were addressed quickly. the bellman and concierge were the best. always ready to help with any request.

damp passportsinadequate ventilation
My stay had a couple of issues. The window in my room could not be opened so ventilation depended on the air conditioning system. My passports even became damp in the drawer. I also found that the floor was not mopped during the room cleaning service. This all detracted from my experience

The hotel location is very convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options it was superb. The beds provided great comfort and spacious rooms were available. Staff members provided really good service.
The hand soap was not refilled for three days. The fruits provided weren't of good quality. Some waiters lacked warmth and attentiveness. They occasionally forgot my requests.
