The location is great for access to transportation. The kitchenette in my room was also useful.
I was disappointed that I had to pay an extra £15 to get a quilt for the night. I was also not informed beforehand about the £200 deposit.

the reception area, i thought, was immaculate. staff offered a warm welcome at arrival. staff also greeted me warmly at checkout. the rooms were spacious and contained good facilities.
the heating and phone in the room was not working. despite this, i could not get one more blanket. they wanted me to pay for it. i received a electric heater to compensate.

the breakfast tasted amazing, a point that met my expectations.
The pillows on the bed proved unsatisfactory, i needed two. dinner in the restaurant was not a good experience. i ordered salmon linguine, the chef replaced the salmon with prawns. It was tasteless.

the mattress was very hard which caused some discomfort.

i liked the apartment's location it was close to major attractions. the room was clean when i arrived which was good. the size of the room was also adequate for my needs.
the mattress felt very hard to me i found it uncomfortable. i had to request an extra duvet. the pool lockers were broken so securing my valuables was difficult.

The suite had various appliances. It even featured a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom was standard but spacious. The room size was good, and the TV was well placed and well equipped. I appreciated having a kitchen.
The restaurant service was not great. The staff seemed poorly trained. I had to wait a long time for a table even with a reservation. The breakfast, although good, was unorganized.
