great locationfaulty door lockfluctuating water
the location was great since i was visiting the nec (though i wish i'd remembered my earplugs).
i was a bit miffed about a few things. first, the double lock on the inside of the entry door didn't seem to work, i couldn't get it to catch. second, the hot water in the shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold, it was like a bizarre thermal rollercoaster (a really inconvenient one). the plug in the washbasin also wouldn't hold water, so shaving was a splashy affair.

the hotel location is great near the nec and part of resorts world. vip parking is available on-site this is a bonus. the rooms are modern quiet and of a good size. coffee and tea facilities are available in the room.
there was a trip hazard when entering the bathroom in my accessible room it was slightly overpriced.

the hotel offers excellent facilities including a well-kept spa with a pool. i could enjoy shopping and dining options directly accessible within the resorts world complex that is quite convenient. the gym provides equipment for a complete workout.

The location near the BP Pulse Arena is excellent! Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were helpful. I found a comfortable king-size bed in my clean room, and the shower worked superbly.
