flawless stay!

easy check-innice touchbreakfast quality

the check-in process was easy and fast. the lady who helped me also hung my dress up for me, such a nice touch! i had hair and make up stylists coming, the reception suggested i borrow a high stool from the bar. breakfast quality was fantastic and a very good selection.

the tv in my premium king room only had freeview channels the channels were not even hd. this seemed quite dated. also there was only one usable socket by the bed's side the other side had a socket with a blanking plate.

i stayed one night and had an upgrade to a very spacious room! the front office team manager, gabriella t, sent a complimentary bottle of prosecco for my birthday! the bar was fantastic with a great atmosphere. breakfast was delicious and there was a HUGE selection!!!

The staff was helpful and friendly. I received a welcome glass of wine and a delicious brownie in the evening bar. Real plants were scattered around public areas creating a very nice environment. I found the snacks in my room a lovely surprise.

I noticed only one socket by one side of the bed. The other side had a socket with a blanking plate, inconvenient.
