flawless stay!
easy check-in nice touch breakfast quality
the check-in process was easy and fast. the lady who helped me also hung my dress up for me, such a nice touch! i had hair and make up stylists coming, the reception suggested i borrow a high stool from the bar. breakfast quality was fantastic and a very good selection.

dated tv missing socket
the tv in my premium king room only had freeview channels the channels were not even hd. this seemed quite dated. also there was only one usable socket by the bed's side the other side had a socket with a blanking plate.

a totally awesome visit!
spacious room complimentary prosecco fantastic bar huge breakfast selection
i stayed one night and had an upgrade to a very spacious room! the front office team manager, gabriella t, sent a complimentary bottle of prosecco for my birthday! the bar was fantastic with a great atmosphere. breakfast was delicious and there was a HUGE selection!!!

The location is very central. It is in close proximity to many facilities. everything is within walking distance so getting around is super easy. it is an amazing spot!

The lobby design was lovely!!! it features a heritage english roman style with beautiful lighting. It is so cool! there are meeting and dining spaces available too.

My room was lovely and super clean!!! it was spacious with attention to detail. the bed was enormous so i had a super night's sleep. The blackout curtains were effective too.

Fine Hotel Experience!
delicious brownie welcome glass real plants
The staff was helpful and friendly. I received a welcome glass of wine and a delicious brownie in the evening bar. Real plants were scattered around public areas creating a very nice environment. I found the snacks in my room a lovely surprise.
I noticed only one socket by one side of the bed. The other side had a socket with a blanking plate, inconvenient.

The breakfast variety was great with super efforts made by Lana Banana. Her continuous friendly service made my mornings even better. I had a delicious dinner at The Refuge. James was my server throughout my stay.

The room was super clean. It had a super comfy bed. The room decor added to the overall charm. Original features throughout the hotel provided an exciting, atmospheric stay!!!

lovely design beautiful ambience amazing staff small shower small room room size
the lobby design featured a lovely heritage english roman style. i found the lighting ambience to be beautiful. the staff was amazing too.
the shower was small i had to kneel down. it seemed made for people 3ft and under. also my room was very small.
