I stayed in a double room for two nights. The staff were friendly and ALWAYS smiling. The bed was SO comfy!!!

The small gym had limited equipment. Only a couple of cardio machines were available.

The location is PRIME, near the city center. All staff members are friendly and notably helpful. The hotel presented the room VERY well. Staff worked hard to accommodate my requests.

I booked a double room and received a pleasant upgrade to the cottage. The staff are wonderful. The location is the best.

The bathroom is tiny. The room is very noisy, I could hear people in the upstairs bedroom walking around. The floorboards creaked so much I thought it was in my room at first.

The location was alright. It was pretty easy to get around.

My room was not great. The window barely opened, so the room felt stuffy and smelled faintly of food. I suspect from the nearby kitchen. the jacuzzi in the spa was REALLY rusty. It was definitely not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. More like a tetanus shot waiting to happen.

The building has a lovely design. The shower in the room was great. I appreciated the complimentary Gin & Tonic provided in my room. The location allows easy access to town.

The cocktail knowledge of some bar staff could be improved. Ingredients were occasionally missing.
