The building had an excellent lobby.
The room I received was small. It also lacked a handle to open the window. The bathroom cleaning was substandard by the cleaning crew, noticeable for the price PAID.

the guest relations team was excellent, always ready to help. every detail felt well thought out. the breakfast had plenty of choice. the spa area was great.
The gym could benefit from improvements. It could be bigger with more modern equipment.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced. Compared to nearby restaurants. i also found the air conditioning to be inadequate, the room did not cool off sufficiently. i could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. the noisy metal cart used by staff woke me up early each morning.

i found the breakfast to be excellent. it included a harpist playing live music (what a treat!). the restaurant had wonderful dishes with creative ideas.
the inside felt a bit like a middle school converted into a hotel. the bathroom in my room was also quite small.
