interior decoration comfortable bed great choice
The room had excellent interior decoration and cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet included great choices.
The television signal dropped out frequently.

Service issues detract from the experience
unhelpful staff check in problem
The room was clean, and this was good.
I feel disappointed. The staff wasn't helpful. I had problem at check in. Nobody tried to fix it, and I waited so long.

helpful staff delicious meals great location limited channels absent security unmanned reception
The front desk staff was very helpful. they addressed all my needs. the meals were delicious too. the location is great. It allows you to walk to almost any place.
the tv was not a smart tv. it offered only a few international channels. there was rarely anyone at the reception desk when i entered the hotel. there also wasn't any security available.

A Decent Stay, Some Missed Marks
shower product convenient location extra charge price tag
The room was very clean with awesome shower products from Rituals. The location of the accommodation proved convenient. The tram was close by. I also liked the proximity to the supermarket. I was able to get groceries easily.
The hotel seemed to lack transparency with the costs at breakfast. I noticed there were extra charges after checking out. I found the minibar water not complimentary and bearing a price tag.

underwhelming experience
firm bed dropped out tv signal
the hotel was grand but i encountered issues the room i booked had a very firm bed it did not provide a good night's sleep the air conditioning could not be adjusted the temperature was too warm. there was no lounge i found the tv signal dropped out. i expected better for a hotel in this category
