really good hospitality near galata tower!

amazing serviceeasy access

the staff was awesome. mehmet, iklaas and mike provided amazing service. they really ensured i had a comfortable stay.. the hotel location is also super convenient. it provides easy access to restaurants and tourist spots.

the hotel offers a very convenient location to many attractions. the rooms feature air conditioning and a television with many channels. i appreciated the cleanliness of my beautiful king room and the attentiveness of the staff. breakfast had many options.

the bathroom had limited space to hang towels which was inconvenient.

inconsistent experience near galata tower

dirty cupbreakfast area

i was disappointed. housekeeping wasn't consistent. for three people, there was only one cup for brushing teeth, and it wasn't replaced, though visibly dirty. also, finding the breakfast area difficult was a problem. it's in a separate building down an alley, in a small, cramped space, so getting a table was often a wait.

Charming Stay Near the Galata Tower

The hotel sits just a short walk from the Galata Tower. The metro station is also close, about two minutes away. This made it easy to travel across the city, even to the airport. Our room was always clean and felt quite spacious for us. We had access to a nice terrace with sunsets.
