I loved that we arrived early. we got wristbands immediately. we could enjoy all the ultra all-inclusive perks right away. the staff is helpful. the food is delicious and varied. I also enjoyed all the activities. the pool is beautiful. the beach is super close. Everything is designed .

I noticed a tiny stain on one of the towels. Everything else was totally perfect!

the aqua park is great, also. it features a pontoon in the sea. one can jump from it. the activities are many. the guests spread out, and it never feels crowded.

The food was repetitive (i swear i saw the same dishes three days in a row). it all tasted the same. Sometimes, i couldn't tell what i was eating. the drinks weren't much better. bartenders seemed to invent their own mojito recipes daily. Consistency was definitely not a priority.

I was annoyed that the room was not cleaned daily and the sheets were not changed. It felt unhygienic, honestly. An unclean room really takes away from the experience.

Fantastic Beach Access and Activities

The complex provides easy access for daily walks to maintain calorie balance. It is approximately 20,000 steps a day. Bar staff at the Fulya pool bar are very friendly and made us great Tequila slammers on our last day. Jale is also very friendly and cute. The animation team kept everyone entertained with engaging activities throughout our stay.

The hotel seemed understaffed, leading to long queues at the coffee station, bar, and snack areas. Waiting times could extend up to 15 minutes for a single drink. Restocking of toilet paper and shower gel in the rooms was inconsistent. Requests for bathrobes were unmet. One receptionist said they were unavailable, while another suggested calling, but no one answered.

The hotel offers fitness jumping, aqua gym, and water spinning plus other activities. There are around ten pools available along with a beautiful beach with sand. The water park is perfect for both adults and children!!!
