mixed feelings about my stay

leaking showeroverwhelmed staff

The air conditioning barely worked that was pretty annoying i had to ask for them to fix it twice. the bathroom looked like it had seen better days the shower was leaking. the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Getting a table at dinner was a struggle it almost was like they were understaffed for the number of guests present

the food were good with lots of fruits and vegetables. i especially loved the multigrain croissants every morning because the bread making team did a great job. we also found the detox corner very helpful. i drank celery juice a lot there.

room service didn't know the meaning of do not disturb. they constantly came into our room even though there was a sign at our door and i had to warn them multiple times.

the hotel grounds were beautiful. the outside promenade was nice. i loved taking an evening walk there. the swimming pool was very clean.

the food variety was short. i did not see any bbq. a sea view room was requested, but i received a room in another building and had to walk about 3 minutes each time to access main facilities. the hotel reminded me of a military camp due to many sport teams.
