The hotel is close to the train station and Ginza (I enjoyed the easy access). The room was spacious by local standards and included a sofa bed.
The room size proved problematic. It was small. Unpacking was difficult due to the limited space. The window provided a view of a wall located very close to the building.

I am delighted with the location. It is very close to the train station. The hotel provides free snacks and drinks. What a bonus! The washing machine in my room was super convenient. I love this.
The room was very small. It was hard to keep my luggage open. Breakfast didn't have much to choose from. I really wanted more options.

the location was excellent, only a short walk from the station. i found it easy to get to the hotel, even with luggage. the hotel also provided complimentary beverages in the second floor lounge, it was a nice spot to relax after a long day. i also appreciated the thoughtful amenities available.
the wc was directly in front of the beds. any time someone went to the toilet at night, it woke up the others due to the bright led light shining in our faces. this odd placement was a minor inconvenience.

the room was clean, with a simple and functional layout, i also liked the bedding and pillows, finding them very comfortable! hot water in the shower worked great.

The hotel had a washer and dryer available, really convenient. there was also a complimentary snack and drink bar that ran from afternoon until late, this was a nice touch. It was easy to unwind after a day of exploring.

the hotel is very close to the station and other transportation hubs. this made exploring the city quite easy and convenient. the free drinks and snacks in the lounge area provided a nice space for my family to gather and relax. i especially liked the direct access to the underground shopping mall from the hotel, it was a great way to avoid the weather outside.
the room was quite small. additional drawers or hooks would be helpful to better organize belongings.

the hotel enjoys proximity to the main station hub, with easy access to other stations. nearby stores and restaurants provided plenty of dining and shopping options. the underground shopping mall accessibility directly from the hotel offered protection from the elements.
