a perfect spot in every way!
train stationextra roompayment process
the hotel is next to the train station. it made getting around very easy. i loved having two bedrooms. two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. the room had excellent equipment. i felt very comfortable.
i hope to resolve the issue soon.

the breakfast included pancakes, scrambled eggs, and curry. i noticed sometimes the pancakes were gone around 9 am. it may have been because of the weekend crowd, but it was still satisfying overall.

the room provided extras like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors. i found the large rooms appreciable with harbor side. the view was quite good, and rooms were clean.

The reception staff spoke good english. they completed the check in process upon my early arrival. my luggage was already delivered to my room when i returned. I found the staff helpful.

the room had a fridge and a toaster and microwave. good coffee in the common area in the morning was very good. i loved that i could easily walk to the harbor area.
the wifi wasn't strong though it was well equipped and comfortable. there was a smell of stale water in the bathroom. sadly there was no tea!

i stayed there before my cruise the hotel is near the port. the staff stored my luggage prior to check-in and after my stay i found this very helpful. there is a lounge for all guests that has a free coffee machine tea ice and a vending machine with various drinks it is quite large with space to sit and work.

the hotel had convenient access to nihon-odori station exit 4 with an elevator i appreciated that feature especially when traveling with luggage the waterfront was nearby a walk to the red brick warehouse at night was serene nearby bashamichi area had a lot of food options. the room included great amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful assisting with our toddler.
the bed was a bit too firm for my taste though the room was still comfortable.
