friendly staff convenient solution
the staff was very friendly i found them to be happy in their roles the resort offered a convenient solution for contacting them via whatsapp this allowed me to easily order breakfast and book taxis
the room faced the beach directly but it lacked a door or separation so privacy felt compromised particularly at night

a romantic retreat
spacious villa bluetooth speaker really good response
The jogglo villa was amazing! it felt so luxurious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the bose bluetooth speaker and complimentary spirits were thoughtful additions . i loved using the in-villa smartphone to easily make requests. The response time was really good!
The entrance to the resort is not so nice. the lead up is a bit rough.

The breakfast choice was generous. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The hotel had ample sunbeds by the pool, which I appreciated. There were also many sunbeds on the beach. I found it easy to relax.
The food was quite average. The Thai food was not very good. We were initially placed in a room next to the restaurant. I could hear everything. Loud music, loud talking, and dish cleaning disrupted our peace.

i stayed in a superior king room the room included two separate sinks the room included a rainfall shower the pool area had twenty loungers. the breakfast included fresh fruit i tried the papaya and mango they tasted fresh a private beach was accessible from the hotel grounds. the hotel spa offered thai massage
the gym had only one treadmill

I stayed in the villa with a pool. It exceeded my expectations. The villa was elegant and beautiful. The resort offered free room service for breakfast which was AMAZING!!! It was super easy to order food.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, i guess.
What a cute sight! then, i noticed MOLD in the public pool. also, there was a bad smell near the pool area. It was NOT a relaxing experience.
