i loved that it was located right on chaweng noi beach. the grand beautiful bungalow was perfect (it was close to the pool!).

The location was great. The beach was really nice. swimming was good too. the room was large, and it had english tv channels.
i could not have the room i'd booked till the next day. no details were given at check in regarding wifi or breakfast timings.

Fantastic Stay Near the Beach
great location reasonable prices taxi service friendly staff
I was grateful for the Grand Beautiful Bungalow. It was steps from the beach. The sound of the waves lulled me to sleep. The hotel offered massage services at reasonable prices, comparable to outside vendors. I found the location of this hotel to be really good. I appreciate the staff provided affordable taxi service to the airport. It was less costly than rates at the airport.

The hotel featured three pools, including a kid's pool. There was also a swim-up bar at one pool, that provided happy hour. The hotel offered a complimentary buggy service, that proved very useful for navigating the hotel.

I enjoyed the breakfast. It had both continental and Thai options. The restaurant provided a great view of the ocean. The hotel offered dinners on the beach for quiet, private dining experiences.

Adequate stay with some concerns
inadequate air conditioning limited breakfast selection
I found that the air conditioning regulation was inadequate. It did not maintain a consistent temperature. the breakfast had a limited selection. Hygiene was a concern with flies all over the buffet. I expected better from this hotel.

Peaceful Stay
well-kept garden breakfast buffet
The resort's gardens were well-kept. I appreciated the pool facilities for all ages. There was a baby pool, a lagoon-style pool, and a beachside pool. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The location felt pristine..
The staff at the restaurant were unhelpful. I wanted to sit inside, but no one approached us after several minutes. A staff member jabbed her finger toward the beach tables without explanation, and we waited over half an hour for our pizzas.

The staff provided golf carts for transportation around the hotel. They were friendly and helpful with directions. I found the staff were very responsive to requests and always available to assist.

The hotel offered direct access to a private beach. I found the beach wide and clean for morning walks. The hotel is located conveniently near many local attractions and restaurants.
