Wonderful stay in Hydro Pool Villa
friendly staff delicious breakfast pool villa great location
This resort were awesome. The location felt perfect for me. The staff looked friendly and cute at all times. I had a great experience with the breakfast buffet because it offered many delicious options. We booked a Hydro Pool Villa last minute and I was blown away with all the details. We are planning our next visit already.
The resort has some steps. This might be difficult for people with mobility issues. the bathroom in the room had a slight odor. I think the door should be more solid.

The resort provides direct access to the beach, I liked this a lot. a shopping and dining street is located nearby. I walked there easily. The Lamai market is only a three-minute walk.

green slime peeling paint
The plunge pool seemed kinda gross. It was covered in green slime. The path to the room also had slime. Like, who wants to swim in that? The room was not in top condition. I saw paint peeling, so I wasn't super thrilled. The staff did switch my room, but still, I expect better for what I paid.

the location was awesome with a private beach. my bedroom had a very large bed with comfortable bedding. i tried local food options from the menu, and they were tasty and inexpensive. the staff were nice and cute!!!
the sunbeds around the pool were hard. it was a slight discomfort.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling. The room had a big balcony, great. The Thai lunch there tasted delicious.
The plunge pool and path leading to our room were covered in green slime. The room itself was slightly tired. The room smelled mouldy, and it looked the air conditioning unit was leaking.

quiet area infinity pool great choice
The location is excellent. It is near many restaurants and a night market. the hotel area is very quiet. the infinity pool is beautiful and provided a calming atmosphere. breakfast offered great choices.
the parasols and sun loungers were removed around 5 pm daily.

amazing getaway!
friendly staff direct access evening markets
the staff was so friendly. they helped with everything we needed. the two pools were great. also, the resort had direct access to the beach. i could walk right to the markets in the evenings. it was so convenient!
the gym equipment looked a little bit old.

the hotel was clean and beautiful. i stayed in a jacuzzi room and it was very relaxing. the breakfast was fresh and had many options to choose from.
The room was quite small. The photos made it look larger. the outdated condition was throughout the resort. the room design was also poor.
