rude gesture key charge
The breakfast was acceptable (but not amazing).
The check-in was AWFUL. The receptionist demanded my passport with a rude gesture. I also got two keys, despite there being three adults and the staff said they would charge if we lost them.

awesome pools relaxing environment polite staff
i enjoyed the awesome pools SO much. The pool areas were very well kept. I thought it created a relaxing environment. The staff were polite and always willing to HELP.
the breakfast was not great. I thought the food was low quality. I think they could improve that aspect.

The hotel HAS three awesome pools and a pool bar. There is also a jungle atmosphere that i find very relaxing. The pool areas are well-kept. A nice environment .

The hotel has a great POSITION. it makes it easy to walk to most shops. the area outside the hotel offers shops, food markets, and restaurants. That's convenient.

amazing family trip
ample space daily cleaning tidy environment
my family enjoyed our time here . the beautiful double or twin room provided ample space for us. the daily cleaning service ensured a consistently tidy environment! pool towels were replenished daily, it was very convenient.
The beach is a bit far. A longer walk is necessary since the wall opposite the hotel blocks direct access.

The room was quite spacious and well kept. It provided enough space for all our luggage and for the children to play. the minibar was a convenient addition, stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks. we appreciated the plentiful supply of fresh towels daily.

staff members were friendly and provided assistance whenever we needed it, answering our questions about local attractions. the airport transfer, arranged through the hotel, was punctual and efficient. managers were helpful in making arrangements for our departure.

The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of different foods, including fresh fruit, that changed daily. It was a good start to the day. my kids loved that they had eggs. They ate it every day! the dining room staff knew us from the first day.

average rooms mouldy smell
the location was walking distance to night market and restaurants, it was really convenient.
the rooms were pretty average. the room faced the walkway of another building, so there wasn't privacy. a mouldy smell was in the room, and it wasn't great.
